This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with mentorship, ownership, and a clear path for professional growth. Rather than being expected to manage a territory immediately, you'll receive hands-on training alongside a tenured sales professional before gradually taking ownership of customer relationships and accounts.
About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to step into a planned succession role alongside a long-tenured senior sales representative. This is a unique opportunity to spend your first year learning the products, customers, and processes through hands-on mentorship before gradually taking ownership of an established territory.
The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and comfortable working with customers, engineering, and manufacturing teams. You don't need to be an expert on day one—we're looking for someone who is eager to learn, communicates well, and is motivated to grow.
