Our client located in Greenfield, MA is looking for a
Technical Sales Engineering Manager to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Technical Sales Engineering Manager position are as follows:
- Engineering degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Strong interest in PLC-based industrial automation
- Experience with cogeneration or power generation systems
- Experience in electrical design of control systems and/or familiarity with industrial electrical systems preferred
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

For the Technical Sales Engineering Manager position your duties will include:
- Design PLC-based control systems for large industrial equipment
- Define project scope, draft electrical schematics, and research and select components
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical sales documents
- Lead technical sales discussions with customers and OEM partners
- Serve as point of contact for customers through the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract
- Support system testing and commissioning
- Other tasks as assigned
