    Technical Sales AssociatePlymouth is seeking a customer-focused Technical Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll combine technical knowledge with exceptional customer service to support customers, coordinate product solutions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.SummaryTechnical Sales Associate coordinates production of products and services with customers' requirements by administering the selling process, initiating purchase orders and shipments, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

    Act as a Customer Advocate inside of PlymouthAssist customers in understanding and applying technical information about Plymouth Engineered Shapes products and services

    Handle inbound customer calls regarding the technical specifications of materials, products, services and delivery schedulesMaintains a database to allow for outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers to qualify leads and sell products

    Investigate and resolve customer problems relative to technical issues and questions that may arise with regard to our products

    Additional Responsibilities

    Occasional travel may be required

    Assist with CSR backup training / scheduling, to include company-wide CSR availability calendar

    Qualifications and Educational Requirements
