About You

What You’ll Do
- Source technical candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified tech talent
- Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates
- Screen candidates and qualify them before passing to recruiters
- Partner closely with recruiters to support active searches
- Track activity and maintain accurate candidate data
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and outreach methods
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, or a related field
- Strong research and candidate identification skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS or sourcing tool experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Work Environment
- 4 days in office, 1 day remote
