Description

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

The successful candidate will: Perform full life cycle recruiting by building excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates and the entire client community. You will have the opportunity to exercise a wide degree of creativity in generating new candidate leads, influence the near and long-term recruiting vision and increase your business acumen.
• Full-life cycle recruiting expertise: Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, and relationship management. • Strategic recruitment: Ability to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions across multiple locations, with a focus on national and multi-location recruitment. • Collaboration and partnership: Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective recruiting strategies, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, with a focus on managing customer and partner expectations. • Organizational and documentation skills: Ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities in an applicant tracking system. • Compliance and process adherence: Strong understanding of and ability to comply with various processes and procedures, including those related to recruitment, talent acquisition, and Department of Defense (DOD) regulations. • Prior experience with DOD contract administrators: Experience recruiting contract administrators for DOD or similar organizations, with a focus on understanding the unique requirements and regulations associated with these roles.
• 6+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
