Job Title: Technical Recruiter Pay Rate: $28-$30 Shift: 1st Work Schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm (1-hr lunch) -or- 7:30am - 4:00pm (30-min lunch) " Job Title: Technical Recruiter " This is an ONSITE position. This NOT a remote position. In-office 5-days/week is required! " Pay Rate: $28 - $30 an hour. " Work Schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm (1-hr lunch) -or- 7:30am - 4:00pm (30-min lunch) Duties and Responsibilities: " o Create and implement recruitment strategies and interview plans for different Technical and Professional positions o Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates o Assess resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements o Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company, client and position o Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates o Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers o Document all communications, throughout the recruiting lifecycle o Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting o Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing/recruiting strategies o Develop an effective pipeline of Technical, Engineering, Programming, IT and Professional talent for potential upcoming opportunities o Prior experience in recruiting for technical and IT type positions is required Required Skills: " o Effective written and oral communication skills o Demonstrated success in VMS environments o Ability to work with diverse people, and technologies o Good organizational, time management and multitasking skills o Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, identify and resolve problems o Effective negotiating skills o Maintain a laser focus, high energy, and an exceptional work ethic o Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately o Knowledge and past use of applicant tracking &VMS systems o Ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location level o Internet and Social Media savvy and experience in mining online databases o Quick learner of systems, processes, and procedures |
