- Collaborate with our sales team to determine the client's hiring needs.
- Help develop a strategy utilizing various sourcing methods to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
- Qualify candidates through an intensive internal process before presenting the candidate to external clients; this includes phone, in-person, and virtual screenings.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best present open positions.
- Present as a 'career coach' to assist in any and all ways for candidates throughout hiring.
- Provide extensive support throughout the onboarding and post-placement process.
- Consistently hit weekly and monthly metric expectations of outreach, screenings, placements, and more.
- Collaborate with your team to share best practices and ensure accurate documentation in CRM and ATS systems.
- Create your own book of business with an extensive number of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in sales, customer service, or client-facing.
- Highly driven, competitive work ethic with a strong ambition to achieve success.
- Excellent communication abilities with a natural talent for building meaningful relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a passion for continuous learning and development.
