Salary Range: $80 - $85/hr.
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support product planning and execution for cross-functional initiatives in the VR space. This role will define how people set up and pay for content on a new VR device, combining funnel and payment optimization with a new form factor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience translating business and user needs into clear product requirements and prioritized plans.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners to deliver outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing structured product documentation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Commerce, payments, or checkout experience, any crucial financial data.
- VR/AR platform experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage roadmap and execution for our commerce and payment systems in VR.
- Analyze and suggest improvements in our payment setup and checkout flows.
- Define and analyze the metrics that determine success in this area, including payment method attach, checkout completion, redemption, and balance usage.
- Identify and track key performance indicators.
- Part of the VR Developer PM team with an engineering size varying based on projects in flight. Estimated 4-6 Software Engineers, plus Design and Data Science.
