Technical Project Manager - Sunrise, FL (Onsite)

Position: Technical Project Manager

Location: Sunrise, FL (Onsite)

Duration: Long term Contract

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Best Rate: $62-$67/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of technology-focused projects.
• Define project scope, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), milestones, and critical paths.
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and provide leadership updates.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple delivery teams.
• Support Program Increment (PI) Planning and technical alignment discussions.
• Ensure SDLC compliance across Scrum teams.
• Track project financials and funding spend.
• Drive process improvements, productivity, and quality initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across Technology, Product, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong Project Management experience.
• Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodology expertise.
• Technical Project Delivery experience.
• Scrum Master experience and Agile coaching background.
• Experience with Jira and Rally.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and executive-level reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Agile Coach experience.
• Experience managing multiple Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of Kanban framework.
