Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of technology-focused projects, ensuring
alignment with organizational objectives
• Strong project management skills together with Detailed Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
• Supports Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings and technical alignment discussions with
leadership, product management, and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment and readiness
• Facilitates Agile Ceremonies across multiple Delivery Teams
• Drives project quality by improving process gaps and increase efficiency and productivity
• Ensures compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards across the Scrum Teams
• Tracks and reports financial spend across all funding lines
• Live the Agile and SAFe Values and Principles
• Champion a learning culture to drive continuous improvements and standardization.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate
