Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a tolling modernization program focused on cloud, microservices, and Agile delivery. The role will initially focus on project management and gradually transition into Scrum Master responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Coordinate development, QA, cloud, security, and operations teams.
- Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile team maturity.
- Manage backlog readiness, sprint planning, releases, and dependencies.
- Monitor work and delivery activities in Azure DevOps.
- Drive process improvements, reporting, and delivery best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical project management experience.
- PMP and CSM certifications.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud modernization, microservices, or API-driven projects.
- Strong SDLC knowledge and experience working with technical teams.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Planner Premium or similar tools.
- Strong skills in Excel, Visio, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Preferred
- 10+ years of technical project management experience.
- Experience implementing delivery process improvements and supporting maturing Agile teams.
