    Description

    Requirements
    • 8 or more years of experience in IT project management and full lifecycle software development.
    • Proficiency in AWS cloud migrations and managing enterprise-level cloud infrastructure deployments.
    • Experience with leading complex software development lifecycle methodologies and technical project governance.
    • Experience in executing comprehensive testing phases including system, integration, performance, UAT, and security.
    • Experience with managing project budgets, resource allocation, and third-party vendor contract lifecycles.
    • Experience in utilizing Jira, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint for technical tracking and roadmapping.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
    Responsibilities
    • Direct the end-to-end execution of large-scale enterprise cloud migration initiatives to AWS platforms.
    • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, technical roadmaps, and detailed work breakdown structures.
    • Enforce strict IT project governance, risk mitigation protocols, and technical change management procedures.
    • Oversee and track technical deliverables across discovery, design, build, migration, and deployment phases.
    • Manage cross-functional technical teams, shared services, and external vendors to ensure continuous alignment.
    • Formulate technical financial strategies including budget tracking, resource utilization, and procurement.
    • Ensure all technical project documentation meets strict security, business continuity, and audit compliance standards.
