Technical Project Manager (PLM/Enovia) - #26-20260

Job Description: The role focuses on project planning and delivery, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, and driving technical projects to completion. We’re looking for a strong Project Manager with enough technical understanding to effectively coordinate engineering teams and manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management
  • Own projects from planning through delivery, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate engineering, technical, data, and business teams to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Track project status, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Manage communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Identify project risks and drive timely resolution.
• Technical Coordination
  • Work with technical teams on PLM, software, data, and AI/ML projects.
  • Coordinate activities related to application development, data, integrations, testing, and deployment.
  • Understand technical requirements well enough to facilitate discussions and drive decisions.
  • Support technical teams without necessarily being the hands-on developer.
• Tools
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence or similar project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Git and cloud platforms such as AWS, Clienture, or GCP.
  • Enovia PLM experience is highly preferred.
• AI / ML Exposure
  • Basic to solid understanding of AI/ML projects and the ML lifecycle.
  • Experience managing or coordinating AI/ML or data-related projects is preferred.
  • Hands-on AI/ML development is not the primary focus of this role.

Experience:

• 5+ years of overall technical/project management experience.
• Strong experience managing technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with PLM/Enovia is preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML or data projects is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
