Job Description:
Seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the delivery and governance layer for an enterprise internal developer platform supporting CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, tooling, automation, security, and software release capabilities used by hundreds of engineering teams.
This is a technical project/delivery management role, working closely with DevOps Architects and Technical Managers. The candidate will own planning, sequencing, stakeholder communication, KPI/SLA performance, risk and dependency management, release/change governance, and large-scale platform adEligible to workion and migration programs.
The ideal candidate does not need to write production code but must be technically strong enough to understand pipelines, cloud infrastructure, incidents, monitoring, estimates, and engineering dependencies.
Must-Have Skills
6-10 years overall experience
4+ years in Technical Project Management / Technical Delivery Management
Experience within DevOps, Cloud, Platform Engineering, or Application Development/Maintenance
Strong understanding of:
CI/CD pipelines
AWS
Kubernetes / Containers
Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
Git / source control / branching strategies
Code quality and security tooling
Agile / Scrum
ITIL - Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management
KPI / SLA management
Risk and dependency management
Release and change governance
Large-scale migration, upgrade, or platform adEligible to workion programs
Strong client/stakeholder communication
Technical reporting and dashboards
Technical Understanding Required
Candidate should be able to:
Read and understand a CI/CD pipeline definition.
Follow and analyze an incident timeline.
Interpret monitoring and operational data.
Understand application delivery patterns for Java, Node.js, and Python.
Challenge technical estimates and dependencies based on technical understanding.
Communicate credibly with senior engineers, architects, and technical leadership.
