Job Description:

The Project Manager will lead strategic technology initiatives within Treasury and Payments, managing projects from planning through completion. This role will oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables while ensuring projects meet business objectives and quality standards. The position will support initiatives involving digital sales enablement, digital customer experience, payments modernization, and operating model transformation.

The Project Manager will work closely with business, operations, technology, and external vendor teams to translate business needs into technology requirements and actionable project plans. Responsibilities will include managing project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and resources, coordinating testing and implementation activities, and providing status updates to stakeholders and leadership. The role will also support governance, change management, communications, and regulatory or compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 7 10+ years of project management experience within financial services, with strong knowledge of banking, Treasury, Payments, financial technology, or related business operations. This individual should have a proven record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, technical teams, business leaders, and vendors. Strong organization, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills are required.

Required Skills:
" 7 10+ years of project management experience
" Financial services or banking experience
" Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects
" Experience with Treasury, Payments, financial services technology, or related business operations
" Strong project planning and execution skills
" Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
" Experience working with business, operations, and technology stakeholders
" Experience translating business needs into technology requirements and solutions
" Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
" Experience coordinating system integration, testing, UAT, and implementation activities
" Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
" Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
" Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience

Bonus/Soft Skills:
" Experience with Treasury and Payments modernization
" Experience with digital customer experience or digital sales enablement
" Experience with capital markets, trading, risk, regulatory, or post-trade functions
" Experience with financial technology products and operations
" Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools
" PMP certification
" Agile or Scrum certification, including SAFe or CSM
" Experience with change management and user adoption
" Experience working with external vendors and consultants
" Experience supporting regulatory, audit, or compliance requirements
" Experience developing business cases for technology solutions
" Strong leadership and decision-making skills
" Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
" Ability to coordinate across teams and time zones
