Role: IT Technical Project Manager

The IT Technical Project Manager will lead end -to -end delivery of
ERP projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration within agreed
scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong
stakeholder management, risk control, and adherence to PMI -based delivery
practices.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span>Manage full project lifecycle for ERP implementations and
integrations<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span>Deliver projects on time, within budget, and per agreed scope<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span>Lead planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource management<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span>Manage stakeholders and maintain regular customer communication<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span>Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span>Track and report project KPIs, milestones, and overall project
health<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span>Ensure quality, testing coordination, and governance compliance<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span>Guide and mentor project teams and promote best practices<\/span>

Mandatory Skills<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span>IT Technical Project Management experience<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span>SAP or Baan ERP experience<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span>Strong experience with PMI -based project deliverables<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span>Proven ERP implementation and system integration experience<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/span>
