- Ability to own the rollout holistically from intake through access, role design, view strategy, and transition to steady state ownership while keeping DB2 modernization timelines intact
- Robust platform and governance fluency
- Deep understanding of Dremio access patterns, SailPoint roles, grant stacks, engine routing, Redshift and Glue dependencies, and marketplace constraints to avoid rework and compliance
- Translation between technical and business needs
- Converts stakeholder requirements and broader initiatives such as decommissioning and retirements dates into concrete actions
- Executive ready communication
- Provides concise status, risks, and decisions for senior leaders while shielding delivery teams from noise and churn
