As a Technical Project Manager III in Corporate Techology - Consumer and Community Banking - Risk Tech team, you will help lead complex, AI-enabled technology projects and programs that promote business outcomes and create values for clients, employees, and stakeholders. You will apply a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories to design innovatie solutions, using strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change leveraging your strong communication skills, you will collaborate with cross-fuctional teams and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on objectives, governance, and delivery expectations. By optimizing resources, proactively managing risks, and maintaining execution discipline, you will enable the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives that shape the firm''s strategic technology landscape.
Job responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, including planning, scope, resources, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and release milestones
Partner across engineering, product, business, risk, and portfolio stakeholders to align execution with strategic business outcomes
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks to maintain delivery momentum
Coach teams and leaders in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices to improve flow, predictability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture through servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution, and drive agile program execution through backlog management, release planning, roadmap coordination, and cross-team delivery governance
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in consumer banking risk domains, including credit risk, fraud, collections, disputes, and technology or operational risk
Knowledge of portfolio governance, value management, OKRs/KPIs, delivery metrics, capacity planning, and product management practices
Experience leading and coordinating work across multiple teams, shared services, vendors, and complex technology ecosystems
Agile and Lean certifications or equivalent hands-on experience (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma)
Proven ability to coach teams, facilitate training, and drive product, delivery, and organizational maturity, along with strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for leadership audiences
Familiarity with control automation, observability, monitoring, release readiness, and evidence management practices
Practical understanding of AI and experience applying AI-assisted workflows to program delivery, governance, and operational processes
