Technical Project Manager

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team in a dynamic role that involves managing software delivery and project management within Agile environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in requirements management, software delivery, and project management within Agile environments
• Hands-on experience with requirements management tools (Codebeamer, Jama, or IBM DOORS)
• Solid knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD, SSO enablement, GCP deployment, AI, and REST APIs
• Experience managing end-to-end project delivery
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Background in managing product backlogs and working within JIRA
• Experience in the automotive industry or designing for complex digital ecosystems

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and govern business, system, and technical requirements using requirements management tools
• Gather, analyze, document, prioritize, and track requirements throughout the software delivery lifecycle
• Ensure complete end-to-end requirements traceability from business needs through development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Support the integration of requirements management tools with GitHub, Jira, and other enterprise systems
• Design and support RESTful API integrations to enable secure and seamless data exchange between applications
• Support automated build processes, deployment workflows, and CI/CD process improvements
• Assist with GCP deployment, cloud-hosted application delivery, and production implementation support
• Explore and support AI-driven solutions to improve productivity, automation, requirements quality, and delivery efficiency
