Technical Project Manager – Data, Cloud & AI
Location: Livermore, CA (Hybrid)
Eligibility: U.S. Citizens Only

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives across Data, Cloud, and AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, Jira, and Confluence, along with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve project planning, tracking, reporting, and execution.
Lead cross-functional technical teams to deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change control.
Drive Agile project execution and facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and status reporting.
Utilize Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and other project management tools to support delivery.
Leverage AI tools to improve project management processes, requirements management, planning, and reporting.
Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Prepare project plans, proposals, budgets, presentations, and monthly status reports.
Support project portfolio management, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement of PMO processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Significant experience in IT or Technical Project Management.
Proven experience delivering Data, Cloud, and AI-related projects.
Strong experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for project management.
Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost estimation, and stakeholder management.
PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
