JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management expertise, technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation through deployment and support.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation processes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Technical Leadership
  • Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams on technical design decisions.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and support architecture reviews.
  • Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business requirements.
  • Review technical documentation, release plans, and deployment strategies.
  • Drive best practices for software development, cloud adoption, and DevOps processes.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technology teams.
  • Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Communicate project health, risks, and milestones to senior management.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners when required.
  • Agile Delivery
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams.
  • Monitor team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery commitments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project teams.
