This job was posted by https://www.azjobconnection.gov : For more information, please see: https://www.azjobconnection.gov/jobs/7505762 **Job Title:** Technical Project Manager Cloud Security Strategy **Location:** Phoenix, US **Key Skills:** Agile Champion, AI, TPM **Responsibilities:** - Lead delivery of special projects & Enterprise Top Programs (ETPs) - Develop project plans, schedules, and manage dependencies - Partner with TRIS & Enterprise Cloud teams for alignment and execution - Identify/manage risks, facilitate governance, and ensure transparency - Support teams by removing impediments and driving best practices - Track/report progress and drive continuous improvement **Qualifications:** - Bachelors in CS/Engineering/IS + 5 yrs OR Masters + 3 yrs experience - Proven experience managing complex technical projects in enterprise environments - Strong knowledge of software/infrastructure lifecycles & cross-functional delivery - Skilled in Agile/hybrid/waterfall methodologies - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills - PMP/PMI-ACP/SAFe certifications preferred
