    Description

    About the Role

We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery across 30+ active technology initiatives. You’ll sit at the center of our tech organization—connecting development, automation, analytics, and AI to keep work aligned, on track, and moving fast.

This is a hands-on, highly technical role. You won’t just manage timelines, you’ll build structure where it doesn’t exist, drive agile discipline, and translate business needs into clear, executable work for developers. This role has no direct reports initially, with a clear path to build and lead a team as the function grows.

This role requires someone who can operate with urgency, manage high volume without losing detail, and consistently deliver without close oversight. If you need heavy direction or a slow-paced environment, this role will not be a fit.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own delivery across 30+ concurrent technology initiatives from intake through release
    • Run agile execution end-to-end (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives)
    • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical work
    • Prioritize competing demands, remove blockers, and keep teams moving at speed
    • Identify risks early and proactively communicate progress, delays, and outcomes

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years of project management in a technical environment
    • Experience managing large, concurrent project portfolios (15+ initiatives)
    • Hands-on experience running agile/Scrum ceremonies

    Preferred Experience

    • Background in software, automation, analytics, or AI
    • Financial, mortgage servicing, or similar industry experience

    Skills Needed

    • Technically fluent; able to work directly with developers on complex systems and integrations
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
    • Strong communicator who operates effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
    • Proven ability to manage volume and complexity without dropping details
    • Experience with tools like Jira

    Why This Role

    • High ownership and visibility across the organization
    • Direct impact on AI and automation initiatives
    • Opportunity to define how delivery operates at scale

    Why SingleSource

    • Collaborative environment, with remote flexibility
    • Competitive total rewards package with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, generous PTO package, and additional perks to support your well-being and success
