Job Description:
Client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in AWS Cloud technologies, cloud transformation, and large-scale migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cloud migration programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, security standards, and project timelines.
This role requires a combination of project management leadership, cloud architecture understanding, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and hands-on experience driving enterprise-scale AWS migrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects from initiation through deployment and post-production support.
Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and resource forecasts.
Coordinate migration of applications, databases, and infrastructure from on-premise environments to AWS.
Partner with cloud architects, engineering teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to define migration strategies and execution plans.
Manage project scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
Drive Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies as required.
Facilitate project governance meetings, executive status updates, and steering committee reviews.
Monitor and report project health, KPIs, timelines, budget adherence, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards throughout cloud transformation efforts.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD processes and cloud deployment strategies.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party partners supporting migration activities.
Lead application discovery, assessment, dependency mapping, and migration readiness activities.
Support cloud modernization initiatives including re-platforming, re-hosting, refactoring, and optimization efforts.
Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across migration programs.
