    Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)
    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of lending platform features, including API integrations, automated underwriting workflows, and third-party vendor tools.
    • Provide day-to-day technical delivery support across Solution Architecture, Development, Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, and Product Management.
    • Coordinate with business stakeholders across Wealth Lending, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and Audit.
    • Coordinate with software engineers, product managers, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and delivery compliance teams throughout the SDLC.
    • Translate complex business rules and regulatory requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
    • Explain technical concepts, dependencies, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Identify technical bottlenecks, manage project/program dependencies, and develop mitigation plans for risks.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
    • Partner with the Product Manager/Product Owner to maintain backlogs and track delivery metrics.
    • Use project management and Agile tools such as Rally, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
    • Support end-to-end delivery while ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
    • The ideal candidate should have extensive Test Lead or Test Manager experience.

    Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of Technical Project Management experience delivering software solutions within FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services (BFSI).
    • Strong experience specifically with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or lending platforms.
    • Solid understanding of modern software architecture, AWS/Azure cloud platforms, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations.
    • Familiarity with financial regulations, lending operations, data security standards, and risk management practices.
    • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
    • Experience using Agile/project tracking tools such as Rally, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
    • Strong Test Lead/Test Manager background is highly important for this role.

    Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
    • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 15+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
    • Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
    • Experience migrating legacy lending systems to cloud-native architectures.
    • Experience with large-scale lending platform modernization and system replacement initiatives.
