Role: Technical Project Manager

Location: Cambridge, MA 02142 (100% Onsite)

Max Salary: $140K

Must Have

• Experience in project management with minimum 12-15 years in application development
• Experience in Life Sciences domain with GxP background
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
• Excellent communication skill
• Proactive leader who owns outcomes, get results, and drive programs to the finish
• Knowledge of project metrics tracking
• Able to manage remote team with multiple skills

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Low Code/No Code platforms like Appian, Power Apps, Power Automate
• Certification like PMP or Certified Scrum Master

Key Attributes

• Life Sciences/Pharma experience is mandatory.

• Candidates should have strong Agile project management experience and a background managing initiatives involving Python, Data Science, SAP, or AWS.

• Knowledge of the Power Platform is a plus, but experience with other low-code/no-code platforms is not required.

• Experience in the Life Sciences domain is essential; candidates from non-Life Sciences industries such as Finance would not be a fit.

• Profiles from large consulting firms or organizations with significant Life Sciences expertise will be preferred.
