Runs scrum cadence ceremonies.
Supports Product Owners to ensure sprints are planned and stories meet definition of ready.
Owns blockers and Resolves impediments.
Experience with performing the role of technical PM for waterfall projects.
Experience with risk management and issue resolution for technical projects.
Experience with tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
Should be able to quickly get up to speed on client team structure and processes.
Expected to pick up client domain knowledge quickly to successfully execute the role of scrum master/technical PM.
Expertise in multi-tasking and managing multiple responsibilities.
Required Skills:
3+ years’ experience as Scrum Master.
3+ years as a Technical Project Manager required
2+ years Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience required.
Must have understanding of technical development projects
Must have experience using Jira
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent negotiation, time-management and active listening skills.
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize activities.
Self-starter with strong initiative.
Ability to work with distributed teams/across multiple time-zones in an agile environment.
