Technical Program & Project Management Specialist

Additional Information: • Managing agile ceremonies and cadences (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, stand-ups) using for a technical tooling team supporting multiple global stakeholder groups • Standing up new agile/iteration cadences as team structure, scope, or stakeholder needs evolve • Building and maintaining reporting out of Jira and other tools (e.g., ALM, X-Ray]) to track velocity, throughput, capacity, and delivery risk • Defining and tracking team health and delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, sprint predictability, defect escape rate) to drive continuous improvement • Producing and delivering management-level status updates, including risks, scope changes, and escalations • Identifying and driving removal of obstacles/blockers impacting the team's ability to deliver • Balancing and t-shirt sizing workload across technical staff to ensure sustainable, realistic capacity planning • Ensuring requirements are well written to meet the needs of the stakeholders • Coordinating testing, QA, and UAT activities across the SDLC in partnership with engineering and business stakeholders • Partnering closely with GRC platform, data analytics, and various cyber, compliance, risk, and business teams to solve problems and deliver enterprise value • Ensuring quality of project deliverables and managing scope across a large, complex, multi-stakeholder iteration • Building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure requirements are understood and issues resolved efficiently • Supporting vendor coordination and integration efforts where applicable. Job Description
Employees in this job function plan and oversees the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.). They could also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop project plans, define the project/program scope, goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise 2. Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, etc. 3. Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providers 4. Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements 5. Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources 6. Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews 7. Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs 8. Manage technology product goals and forecasts. Collaborate with technical development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap 9. Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies like agile, waterfall etc.

Experience Required:
Specialist Exp: 6 years in IT; 3 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Proj Mgr

Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Hybrid 4 days a week onsite

Education Preferred:
Master's Degree
