    Job Summary for Principal Technical Program Manager (Automation & Robotics Deployment)

    - Lead large-scale automation and robotics deployment programs across multiple locations.
    - Manage technical program execution from new product introduction (NPI) through deployment, launch readiness, and ongoing operational support.
    - Partner with engineering, product, manufacturing, supply chain, and business stakeholders to develop integrated project plans.
    - Oversee multidisciplinary teams throughout the complete product lifecycle: concept, development, deployment, and support.
    - Develop and maintain engineering schedules, work breakdown structures, identify critical paths, dependencies, and create mitigation plans.
    - Coordinate software, controls, hardware, systems, manufacturing, and operational teams to deliver complex projects on schedule and within scope.
    - Drive planning and execution for deployment across multiple sites, ensuring launch readiness.
    - Manage technical development, integration, testing, and deployment of automation, robotics, or electromechanical systems.
    - Facilitate issue resolution, risk mitigation, and cross-functional decision-making throughout the development lifecycle.
    - Establish and improve program management processes, governance, and reporting standards.
    - Provide executive-level communication on project status, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
    - Align customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams for successful program outcomes.
    - Mentor project teams and promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    - Must have at least 10 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or complex capital equipment programs.
    - Minimum 7 years in program management, with experience leading global programs over $50 million in scope.
    - Proven ability to direct large cross-functional and matrixed teams (100+ people).
    - Strong expertise in NPI, product development, systems integration, and deployment.
    - PMP certification preferred; BS in Engineering required, MS/MBA a plus.
    - Excellent project planning, risk management, and communication skills are essential.
