Duration: 12 months

Overview: We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead software delivery for new product introductions (NPI) in the print solutions space. This role ensures timely execution of software features and solutions by coordinating across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define technical design, architecture, and quality plans for software programs.

• Drive execution and delivery of software features for print NPIs.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and R&D teams.

• Manage risks, scope, schedule, and quality of programs.

• Track and report key metrics and performance indicators.

• Continuously improve software development lifecycle processes.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of program/project management experience in software development.

• Strong knowledge of agile practices and lifecycle management tools.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
