Technical Program Manager — SAP S/4HANA Implementation (Boundary Systems Lead)

Role summary

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of our SAP S/4HANA implementation, with a specific mandate over the boundary systems, the finance, procurement, and operational platforms that integrate with SAP. This person ensures cross-system alignment: making sure every function and system owner touched by the SAP rollout is coordinated, sequenced, and on track. Deep SAP domain expertise and a strong track record delivering complex S/4HANA programs alongside Finance stakeholders are essential.

What you'll do –

End-to-end program delivery for the SAP S/4HANA implementation across the boundary system landscape — scope, plan, sequence, and drive execution to milestones. - Serve as the boundary manager: identify every function and system owner impacted by SAP (Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and Engg platforms), and keep their deliverables aligned and on schedule. - Partner closely with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into integration and delivery plans. - Manage dependencies, integration points, and cutover sequencing between SAP and boundary systems; surface and resolve conflicts before they slip the critical path. - Run the operating cadence — status, risk/issue tracking, decision logs, and status reporting — and hold owners accountable to commitments. - Coordinate UAT, data validation, and go-live readiness across all boundary systems

What you bring - Proven delivery of complex S/4HANA implementations as a TPM/program lead, from planning through go-live. - Strong SAP domain expertise, especially across Finance (FI/CO) and the surrounding process areas. - Demonstrated success working with Finance stakeholders and translating their needs into delivery outcomes. - Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and boundary/integration systems, aligning multiple functions and system owners around a shared plan. - Excellent stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills; comfortable driving alignment across technical and business teams and reporting to leadership.
