The GFTX Remanufacturing team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to plan, lead, and execute multidisciplinary programs under aggressive timing and cost constraints. This role focuses on managing projects spanning tooling development, equipment deployment, and large-scale manufacturing asset integration. The successful candidate will serve as a cross-functional leader, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, validation, and external suppliers to achieve ambitious cost, schedule, and quality goals. The role requires a meticulous, detail-oriented individual who thrives in ambiguous environments, drives results independently, and excels in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.

  • Communicate and align on timelines, deliverables, and project goals across all program types, ensuring clarity for stakeholders and teams
  • Develop schedules and track dependencies to manage complex programs, including critical paths, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate logistics and meetings (e.g., calls, on-site visits, supplier interactions) and plan contingency efforts for high-risk designs
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, operations, validation, and suppliers to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets
  • Track progress, risks, and decisions using tools like JIRA/Confluence, and report weekly updates to leadership with transparency and accountability
  • Manage NPI activities from design to mass production, ensuring alignment with program schedules and key decision points
  • Oversee resource planning, budget tracking, and gap resolution to ensure timely project completion within scope and financial constraints
  • Drive process improvements and adapt procedures to enhance team efficiency, while maintaining compliance with organizational standards
  • Proactively resolve conflicts, risks, and ambiguities through analytical problem-solving and initiative, escalating when necessary
  • Act as the central point of contact for program decisions, balancing delegation, escalation, and independent resolution to keep projects on track
  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, or related engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects from concept to completion in a manufacturing environment, with 3+ years of project management experience
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera) and methodologies for tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, driven by engineering excellence and results
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical, operational, and external stakeholder teams
  • Willingness to travel (10% of the time) to meet with suppliers, conduct site visits, and support program execution
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver projects under tight deadlines
  • Passion for driving innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality outcomes in complex manufacturing environments
