Role Overview 

  • We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead enterprise integration and automation initiatives with a strong emphasis on N8N-based workflow orchestration. 
  • This role focuses on delivering scalable, event-driven integrations across APIs, systems, and platforms while ensuring structured execution, release discipline, and executive visibility. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead program delivery for N8N-based automation and integration initiatives 
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies 
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams 
  • Oversee workflow lifecycle (design, testing, deployment, monitoring) 
  • Track risks, dependencies, and delivery progress 
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards 
  • Standardize reusable workflows and governance models 

N8N-Specific Experience 

  • Hands-on experience with N8N or similar platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make) 
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture 
  • Experience designing scalable automation workflows 
  • Familiarity with JSON and REST APIs 
  • Experience with workflow monitoring, retries, and error handling 

AI & Automation Expectations 

  • Leverage AI tools for reporting and risk analysis 
  • Identify automation opportunities across workflows 
  • Implement AI-assisted dashboards 
  • Ensure governance and security of automation solutions 

Requirements

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
  • 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience 
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and distributed systems 
  • Strong executive communication skills 
  • Experience managing complex release cycles 
  • Proficiency with Jira, Smart sheet, or ADO
