Description

Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: McLean, VA (Onsite)
Duration: 8+ month
Salary Range: $70-75/hr on W2 without benefits


Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Program Management professional with a strong background in Cybersecurity or Enterprise IT to lead complex technical initiatives in a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience partnering with engineering and security teams, driving technical programs from planning through execution, and delivering high-quality documentation and program governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise IT.
Strong technical background in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, or Enterprise IT.
Proven experience managing complex technical programs within large enterprise environments.
Experience partnering directly with engineering and security teams.
Strong hands-on experience with JIRA for project and program management.
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Experience leading or supporting Google Workspace (G Suite) or Microsoft 365 migration initiatives.
Experience managing enterprise collaboration platform migrations.
Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale technical programs and cross-functional initiatives across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.
Partner closely with engineering, cybersecurity, and IT stakeholders to drive program execution and ensure successful delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting.
