Tesla's Manufacturing Test Engineering group is seeking a highly motivated hands-on Technical Program Manager to drive development of custom manufacturing equipment with mechanical, electrical, controls and software engineers. As a Technical Program Manager for this team, you ll be part of the group responsible for developing manufacturing testing equipment for Optimus and other Tesla products. A very exciting role where you will interact with product designers, firmware engineers, manufacturing engineers, supply chain, and production.
You will interface with cross functional teams to identify and define product constraints and identify key change items. You will help to define and drive the development, validation, and implementation of custom manufacturing equipment to various factories around the world. You will communicate and present project status, highlight schedule risk, motivate the team to meet aggressive deadlines, and develop recovery plans in the event of project slip.

$112,000 - $217,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
