Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects and ensure successful execution of complex technical initiatives. This individual will collaborate with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and leadership teams to keep programs on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical programs from planning through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and project timelines.
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Communicate program status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration and resolve issues impacting project success.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with engineering or manufacturing teams preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
