A fast-growing financial technology company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to help scale its integrations and client onboarding function. The company provides a data and analytics platform used by finance teams to streamline reporting and operational workflows. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits between engineering, operations, and client-facing teams. You'll be responsible for coordinating new integrations, managing onboarding projects, improving internal processes, and ensuring successful outcomes for both clients and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Manage implementation and integration projects from kickoff through production launch
- Coordinate new bank, ERP, and third-party system connections
- Partner with engineering, operations, and client-facing teams to keep projects on track
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors
- Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and project milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Create and manage tickets, requirements, and project documentation
- Support troubleshooting efforts by gathering context and routing issues to the appropriate technical teams
- Maintain integration documentation, best practices, and process workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and help build scalable processes as the business grows
What We're Looking For
- 6-10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Implementations, Technical Account Management, Solutions Delivery, or a related function
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and external dependencies
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of APIs, file transfer protocols, and system integrations
- Comfortable reviewing JSON and discussing technical concepts with engineers and external vendors
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Nice to Have
- Experience working with financial technology, banking platforms, ERP systems, or enterprise software
- Familiarity with security reviews, vendor onboarding, or compliance processes
- SQL experience
- Background supporting SaaS implementations or integrations
