Technical Research Operations & Procurement Program Manager
Summary- Coordinate complex cross-functional research operations, track project milestones, manage action items, and resolve operational blockers.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier research, vendor onboarding, quotations, purchase requests, and equipment order tracking.
- Support hardware and laboratory equipment purchasing, including complex Bills of Materials (BOMs), in collaboration with researchers and the Lab Manager.
- Coordinate NDAs, Statements of Work (SOWs), and vendor agreements with Legal, researchers, and external suppliers.
- Track research budgets, reconcile expenses, and ensure purchase orders align with approved budget allocations.
- Support operational logistics, including vendor site visits, team travel, and events, while maintaining accurate documentation and status reporting.
