    Business Group & Key Projects: The TPM will be a key member of a scaled development team, working alongside web managers and engineers.

    This role is a backfill and expansion due to increased project scope.

    Typical Day in the Role:             

    Program Delivery

    Lead programs within defined scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.

    Manage multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.

    Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management

    Develop program-level strategies and interact with executive management.

    Resolve complex issues and build strong, collaborative teams.

    Oversee stakeholder management and ensure alignment across teams.

    Project Oversight

    Define and manage project scope, requirements gathering, and documentation.

    Estimate timelines, develop schedules, and track progress.

    Manage budgets, report status, and handle issues/risks.

    Plan contingencies and communicate across organizational levels.

    Homepage Redesign Leadership

    Work closely with web managers and engineers to oversee the homepage redesign.

    Ensure deadlines are met and feature requests are addressed.

    Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a customized user experience.
