Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team in New York, NY!

They want someone who has run identity-governance programs, understands what certification campaigns, connectors, and lifecycle integrations actually involve, and can keep a multi-vendor, multi-team program synchronized, documented, and honest.

Responsibilities:

• Own the integrated program plan across all workstreams: application onboarding, platform migration, certification readiness, and dependency management, built and maintained personally in Microsoft Project or equivalent.
• Manage the SailPoint Professional Services engagement operationally on the client side: track the time-and-materials hour burn against SOW scope, reconcile vendor-reported status against evidence, and keep completion definitions and baselines documented.
• Run structured communication across the program: a written communication plan by audience (executive leadership, application owners, delivery teams, vendor partners), a maintained decision log, and executive-ready status reporting.
• Keep the identity management and access governance teams synchronized: shared definitions, one intake path, confirmed readbacks, and documented handoffs between the two organizations.
• Drive application-owner engagement and escalation: specific asks with deadlines, escalation with quantified schedule and cost impact, and re-sequencing of the plan around blockers.
• Manage ServiceNow-related coordination for the program, including intake, workflow transition items, and cross-team requests.
• Track and report milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies with disciplined follow-through to closure.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of program or project management in information security, IAM, or enterprise technology, with at least one identity governance (IGA) program delivered end to end (SailPoint, Saviynt, or comparable platform).
• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) program experience specifically, or a Saviynt-to-SailPoint or comparable platform migration.
• Working literacy in IGA content: able to explain access certifications, provisioning and deprovisioning lifecycle, connectors, and why SOX-scoped applications drive program sequencing.
• Personal, current, hands-on command of program tooling: Microsoft Project (or equivalent planning tool) and advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, burn-down and status tracking built personally, not delegated).
• Demonstrated client-side vendor management on time-and-materials engagements: SOW scope tracking, status reconciliation, and baseline discipline.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes across teams without direct authority, in a client-facing, embedded role.
• Experience in a regulated environment with audit-facing delivery (SOX strongly preferred; SOC, FINRA, NERC CIP, or similar considered).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting.
• Authorized to work in the United States; able to work US Eastern hours, fully dedicated to this engagement.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial services experience.
• ServiceNow program or process experience.
• Experience coordinating across two merging or affiliated enterprise environments (multi-entity, multi-tenant).
• Commitment history: prior multi-year dedicated client engagements.

Nice To Have:

• PMP, or PGMP certification.
• Agile or SAFe certification (ScrumMaster, CSPO, or similar).
• Exposure to compliance or workflow automation (Kissflow or similar).
• Jira and Confluence fluency.

Pay Rate: $90 - $120/hr
