Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline is required.
Masters degree strongly preferred
PMP certification preferred

MS Project, Excel, Jira, confluence and SharePoint
Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle from concept and design through NPI, pilot builds, and high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
Fluent with compliance/safety and regulatory standards (e.g., SEMI S2/S8, F47, CE).
Familiar with tools: FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, and Kaizen methodologies
Hands-on experience with DFM/DFT methodologies, reliability testing, problem solving: 8D, Fishbone, FMEA & DMAIC
Support development of production and reliability tests to ensure robust product performance
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional product development teams across mechanical, thermal, electrical, software, and automation/robotics domains.
Strategic program oversight with deep technical engagement, ensuring timely delivery of high-performance solutions
Drive the development of complex test systems for cutting-edge semiconductor devices.
Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering plans and performance standards.
Oversee design, validation, and release of sub-assemblies and full systems.
