Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: Foster City, CA
Pay Range: $80/hour + Benefits
What's the Job?
- Coordinate and manage complex cross-functional projects related to autonomous vehicle technology
- Develop detailed project schedules, identify milestones, and flag potential risks to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with engineering teams across software, hardware, vehicle engineering, and product departments
- Work closely with product teams to identify and triage product issues, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations on program status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consulting
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Gantt charts, risk matrices, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
