Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous mobility solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the engineering and product development departments, supporting cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives forward. Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $80/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate and manage complex cross-functional projects related to autonomous vehicle technology
  • Develop detailed project schedules, identify milestones, and flag potential risks to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering teams across software, hardware, vehicle engineering, and product departments
  • Work closely with product teams to identify and triage product issues, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver executive presentations on program status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consulting
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Gantt charts, risk matrices, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
