    Description

    In this role, you will own program outcomes for internal Facilities Operations software used across Tesla factories & sites. You will sit on the Facilities Operations team & drive execution from multi-site operational need through shipped capability & adoption. You will align build, integrate or defer decisions across teams & be accountable for delivery of change management, safety, reliability, event tracking, AI-assisted workflows & related operations systems.

    • Drive program strategy & multi-quarter roadmap execution across the facilities software portfolio
    • Align build vs integrate vs defer decisions including system-of-record boundaries with CMMS, SCADA, analytics & mobile systems
    • Identify where AI can reduce manual effort across workflows & own the pilot-to-scale plan for AI-assisted features
    • Train the broader team on how to use AI tools & capabilities to support daily operational work
    • Own cross-team prioritization across competing site & functional demands & defend trade-offs with data
    • Write program requirements & acceptance criteria engineering can execute without rework
    • Train & engage end users, site leads, reliability, EHS, maintenance & ops leadership through rollout & forums
    • 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager or Program Manager for internal tools or multi-system workflow software
    • Have a good understanding of technology development best practices (such as Agile) and product management strategies
    • Experience performing data analysis on technical problems
    • Working knowledge of AI-assisted product design & experience training teams on AI tools & adoption
    • Understanding of CMMS & SCADA systems & experience training & engaging end users and stakeholders across sites
    • Technical fluency with APIs, data models, workflow engines & enterprise system integrations
    • SQL or equivalent analysis plus program tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
