Pay Range: $65 - $68/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead day-to-day program coordination across multiple Data Platform workstreams
- Partner with engineering, product, and architecture teams to drive delivery of Databricks and Snowflake initiatives
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependency tracking
- Facilitate status meetings, program reviews, and stakeholder forums
- Track risks, issues, decisions, and mitigation plans across initiatives
- Prepare executive-level status reporting and communications for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Development, Infrastructure, Security, Risk, and Operations
- Support enterprise rollout planning, adoption, and governance activities
- Monitor program health, resource utilization, and delivery timelines
- Drive accountability and alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic outcomes
- Certification PMP, CPM. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Defines, plans and implements the goals and milestones associated with all application development or system projects. Oversees the analysis, design, execution and support of all assigned projects, including resource planning, team selection, performance appraisals, and budgets.
- Formal project management will also entail the usage of a standardized project management methodology to guide all projects in a consistent, organized and reliable manner.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Skills- Technical Program / Project Management, Data Platform experience, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Cross-functional program leadership, RAID management, Agile / SDLC / project management methodology
- 7+ years of program or project management experience supporting technology organizations
- Experience leading cloud, data platform, or enterprise modernization initiatives
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- Databricks implementation or migration programs
- Snowflake platform deployments
- Azure cloud initiatives
- Enterprise Data & AI platforms
- Large-scale technology transformation programs
