We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong Salesforce delivery experience to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise managing cross-functional teams, driving stakeholder engagement, and delivering Salesforce-based solutions.
Key Requirements:
• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Project Management.
• Good knowledge in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Integrations, and Data Migration).
• Proven experience handling Salesforce implementations and modernization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Good to have:
• Experience in Healthcare Supply Chain.
• Experience with Contact Center / Customer Service Operations.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Exposure to healthcare industry programs and digital transformation initiatives.
