Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects including software implementations, system upgrades, infrastructure rollouts, and digital transformation initiatives.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking frameworks.
Partner with business and technical teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Track KPIs, project health, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and security risks.
Resolve project roadblocks and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with IT security, data privacy, and governance standards.
