Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects including software implementations, system upgrades, infrastructure rollouts, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking frameworks.
• Partner with business and technical teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Track KPIs, project health, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and security risks.
• Resolve project roadblocks and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, data privacy, and governance standards.
