Pay Range: $75 - $95/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Seeking a Technical Program Manager with strong experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to drive the execution of complex technical programs across engineering, research, and product teams. 
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing AI/ML initiatives from concept through delivery, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and translating technical requirements into actionable program plans.
• Lead end-to-end technical programs involving AI/ML model development, deployment, and product integration.
• Define program scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success metrics in partnership with engineering and product teams.
• Manage program risks, resolve technical and operational blockers, and communicate project status to leadership.
• Coordinate AI/ML model training, evaluation, experimentation, and production deployment activities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or a related technical role.
• Experience working on AI/ML, machine learning platforms, data science, or related technical programs.
