Role Summary
- We are looking for a hands on Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of Platform Health Dashboard and Incident Reporting IAR initiatives The person should be technically strong comfortable working with engineering teams and capable of translating business requirements into clear technical plans milestones user stories acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes
- Key Responsibilities Own end to end project planning execution dependencies risks resource coordination and stakeholder communication Partner with business owners SRE engineering Power BI data and AI teams Drive ADOICM hygiene incident reporting SLAKPI tracking and executive dashboards Ensure blockers are escalated early and delivery remains aligned to committed dates
- Required Skills Strong experience with Agile Scrum Azure DevOps incident management ICMADO Power BI concepts Azure services APIs dashboards KPISLA reporting and digital platform operations Excellent communication and ability to work directly with senior stakeholders is required
AI Prompting Expectations
- Candidate should actively use enterprise approved AI tools such as Copilot to accelerate requirements analysis meeting summaries user story creation incident analysis RCA summaries reporting and documentation.
- Must understand structured prompting using context objective input data constraints output format and validation criteria
- The candidate should help teams create reusable prompts and identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort
