Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Technical Program Manager with large-scale cloud transformation and modernization experience. This is an opportunity with a client seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to support senior leadership and drive key cloud transformation initiatives across multiple teams and business units.(Hybrid, New York)
Must Have skills
- Strong experience leading large-scale cloud transformation and modernization programs.
- Proven experience delivering AWS and cloud migration/transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience with DB Migrations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-scale programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional stakeholder ecosystems across teams and business units.
- Executive-level communication skills with experience driving governance, reporting, and senior leadership engagement.
- Ability to operate confidently at a senior level while maintaining accountability for program execution across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead key cloud transformation and modernization programs from planning through execution.
- Drive AWS and broader cloud migration and transformation initiatives.
- Manage enterprise-scale programs consisting of multiple interconnected workstreams.
- Coordinate execution across multiple teams, business units, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective program governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide clear program updates, risks, dependencies, and progress reporting to senior leadership.
- Support senior leadership in driving high-visibility strategic initiatives.
- Maintain alignment among stakeholders while ensuring program objectives and transformation priorities remain on track.
- Drive execution and accountability across complex, cross-functional environments.
- This is a highly visible Technical Program Manager role with significant engagement with senior leadership.
- The successful candidate must be comfortable operating at a senior level and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- The role requires the ability to balance executive-level communication and governance responsibilities with hands-on program execution across multiple teams and business units.
- Pay Rate- $85.00 contract only
